Frenzy Group Training Run

With less than 3 months to go before the Foothills 50K Frenzy, we’ve been having a great time on our group training runs. We’ve been training both on and off the race course.

This Saturday – July 28 – we’ll be back on the Frenzy course running up to the first 18 miles. We’ll start at the dog park by Fort Boise/Military Reserve at 7 am. At 630 am, we’ll take a car (or two) up to the trailhead of Orchard Gulch where we’ll finish our run. If you run the Frenzy course, this will be the 18-mile mark (if you do the 2-mile out-and-back on Ridge Road). There will be some options to shorten the run as well.

If you don’t want to go the entire distance, you can run and out-and-back from the start for whatever distance you prefer. You might want to familiarize yourself with the course map to decide on another option if you don’t want to run the full distance.

As always, all speeds, levels, and ages are welcome!
