50K Training Schedule

This training schedule is designed with the beginner ultrarunner in mind. It is merely a guide. Feel free to modify it to suit your training plans. If you have any questions, please send us an email. 50k Frenzy Group Training Runs

Throughout the training season for the Foothills 50k Frenzy, we will have periodic group training runs. It is our goal to cover as much of the actual course as possible. These group runs are primarily for those runners who are not familiar with the course; however, veteran Frenzy runners are always welcome. We will plan our group runs to familiarize you with the various sections of the course. We don’t always have a specific pace group leader for everyone. We will announce group runs in 4┬álocations for you to let us know if you’re planning to come and your approximate pace:
